Dick Bloss
has worked in Information Technology for 31 years, the last 24 of them with Fifth Third Processing Solutions.  Dick began his career at Fifth Third as a Systems Programmer in the online authorization systems area, contributing to a variety of projects including support for new PIN encryption algorithms and management of development and customer conversion support teams.  More recently, his efforts have been focused on IT governance, risk and compliance; he and his team coordinate the internal efforts of Fifth Third Processing Solutions in the protection of sensitive data, and provide leadership in activities related to compliance with PCI DSS and other network requirements.  He enjoys working with his information security colleagues in raising organizational awareness and understanding of the requirements and the value of compliance and continuous improvement.  In this role, Dick works closely with the other senior business and IT leaders to set strategic direction.  Dick also enjoys his evening hobby as a college instructor, having taught at Northern Kentucky University for the last 27 years.  In addition to a CPISM, he holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Ball State University.

Dmitriy Ayrapetov
has over 9 years of experience in software engineering and product management.  Before his current role as product line manager for the Network Security product line at SonicWALL, he worked as a software engineer at SonicWALL and at enKoo, Inc., a startup specializing in SSL-VPN solutions and that was acquired by SonicWALL in 2005.  Dmitriy holds a B.A in Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley and is currently pursuing his MBA at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Mr. Dahn
is a globally recognized payment security expert. He founded the Society of Payment Security Professionals and Secure Payments Magazine devoted to risk management in securing payments. He has assisted forensic experts and law enforcement understand the underground economy and data breach risks associated with payment card fraud. He has traveled the world training PCI qualified security assessors (QSA), merchants, banks, and payment application vendors on the risks associated with payment card data theft. Mr. Dahn is on the National Board of Directors for the InfraGard Members Alliance and has a Masters in Information Assurance.

Chris Zoladz, CIPP, CIPP/G, CISSP, CISA, CPA, is the founder of Navigate LLC, a consulting company focused on providing comprehensive high value information protection & privacy consulting services. 

Prior to founding Navigate in April 2009, Chris was the Vice President, Information Protection & Privacy at Marriott International, Inc., a function he created in 1999.  In this role Chris had responsibility for all global information protection & privacy activities including executive advocacy, policy, awareness programs, training, information mapping, risk assessment and remediation, and legal compliance. Chris and his team collaborated with management across all Marriott business units and departments to ensure that the Company’s valuable information assets were identified, adequately protected and leveraged for economic gain in a privacy sensitive manner.  He was also heavily involved in the Company’s PCI compliance program. Chris served as Chair of the Information Security & Privacy Governance Committee and was also a member of the eBusiness Council.

Chris joined Marriott after a thirteen year career at Ernst & Young where he last served as the Mid-Atlantic Area Office Director of  IS Auditing and Security Services. In this role Chris led a practice group focused on delivering high quality information systems audit and security consulting services to numerous clients in a multitude of industries. Clients included Fortune 500 companies in the Washington, DC, Baltimore and Richmond marketplace.  Chris also served on the Ernst & Young IS Assurance & Advisory Services Practice Management Committee. 

Chris is a past-president and a founding board member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and recipient of 2006 IAPP Vanguard Award as the Chief Privacy Officer of the Year.  He is also a past member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Telecommunications and eCommerce Committee.

, President of MAC, is an experienced Risk Management, Underwriting and Operations professional who has been in acquiring for just under 20 years and the financial services industry for just under 30. Deana has spent her career specializing in Risk, Underwriting, Operations and Compliance. She has successfully implemented Risk and Underwriting procedures for Acquirers and ISOs, including writing policies and procedures for Risk Monitoring and Underwriting, as well as reviewing established Risk Management and Operations for vulnerabilities and improvement.  In 2008 she was approved to perform Acquirer Review Program (ARP) reviews for Visa. 

Deana has also provided litigation support for leading Acquiring companies, provided expert witness testimony and acquiring industry consulting for Merchants, ISO’s, Processors and Financial Institutions. Deana is currently managing her own consulting practice, Deana Rich Consulting, Inc. and is a Senior Associate with the Strawhecker Group.  Deana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).  She has been the Director of Merchant Relations for Jettis, Inc, Vice President of Operations at iPayment Technologies, Senior Vice President at Beverly Hills Bancard - an issuer of sub prime cards, and served as a Vice President at both First Charter Bank and Bank of Los Angeles.

is a Senior Manager and Practice lead at AT&T Consulting providing strategic security consulting to top named global companies. Matt has more than 15 years of information security experience spanning secure product development, security operations and consulting. He has helped some of the world’s largest companies build and enhance their security programs, managing information security consulting engagements in more than 15 countries. He is a contributor to the PCI Virtualization Special Interest Group, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), an Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) and has been a QSA for more than 4 years.

is the Sr. Manager of Fraud Monitoring and Incident Response for Discover Financial Services providing the detection and investigation of account data compromise and fraud events for the payment network.  Chris is a participant in the PCI Technical, Quality Assurance, Forensic Investigator, and PIN Transaction security working groups.  Prior to Discover Chris was a forensic investigator at Trustwave, providing investigation services for PCI account data compromises.
